Letter sent from a recital audience member:

"Please accept my sincere and deep appreciation for giving this very beautiful hall to the people of Adelaide. It is a TREASURE and I rarely miss a Saturday concert and endeavour to spread the word about this unique and very beautiful venue. It brings joy to so many and also business to the nearby cafes, post performance. It is thrilling to hear so many Adelaide based musicians and I will watch their careers with interest. I lived for 55 years in Melbourne, having grown up here. I have told many Melbourne friends about the Baroque Hall and hope to book tickets for them when they visit Adelaide. The Baroque Hall is one of Adelaide?s hidden glories. Today I sat beside a woman who was there for the first time but I am sure she will return. More and more people are attending the concerts and today there were very few if any vacant seats. With best wishes to you and I thank you sincerely, Briar Jones."
